Welcome to the Klipsch Community!
When he founded our company in a tiny tin shed in Hope, Arkansas in 1946, American audio pioneer Paul W. Klipsch had an unyielding desire to channel live sound from the performer directly into the ears of listeners. He stopped at nothing, defying convention and breaking rules to create new ones. His legendary Klipschorn loudspeaker revolutionized the way people listen to music.
Today, PWK's sound principles still grace every product we make, whether they’re in movie theaters, your home or your ears. This forum was created in 1999 as a virtual meeting place for our fans, both new and old, and a place to connect and learn more about this legendary brand and products. Remember, this is a peer to peer support environment, although Klipsch representatives will chime in from time to time. If you need help immediately from us, we encourage you to call directly at 800-KLIPSCH.

I got final confirmation that you can indeed turn on the amps using the zone 2/3 12v outputs, you just have to turn the zones on to turn the amps on, and apparently turn the zones off as well to turn the amps off. Not that big of a deal, but it appears that my harmony remote doesn't have the zone buttons in the device menu. Maybe it's possible...

Hi, Does anyone know of a brand or type of (as quiet as possible) cooling fan that I could put on top of the vent of my H.H.Scott 299C amp? I'm thinking a 3 to 4 inch size that plugs into the back of the amp, so when I turn the amp on, the fan turns on with it. Thanks, Steve
Glad to hear this, they wouldn't have worked on the leg if there were bigger problems, hope the worst is over.
Serious mortal danger is, hopefully, passed unless there are complications. The PAW is flying direct from NO to DFW Friday and my son and I will drive up for the weekend. It's my hope to be able...

To get a non-OEM diaphragm over-nighted in time to make the repair and leave today would have cost more than the whole operating K77 I got from ClaudeJ1. A replacement diaphragm will eventually be ordered without the urgency and the failed K77 will be again operable. I can't tell you how many checks I sent to EV at 600 Cecil St., Buchanan, MI to...

He basically...

I currently run 2004 Khorns with a tractrix horn I built (thanks Al for the drawings) an Bob's tweet on a separate motor board. Didn't play with the crossover just aligned the mid and tweet more to centre of room and listening pleasure...

3) Pressurization field effects Pressurization ( cabin gain ) occurs when the closed acoustical listening room space is smaller than one wavelength of the reproduced signal. Acoustic wave propagation is in the form of pressure waves and is no longer wavefront propagation. This overlaps the definition of "near field", but we are now talking...
